That's a good question. Not you Egregorists, that's for sure, you've used up all the advantage you've got. The easy answer is the Bloodletters and the Board. Their recruitment drives work great when a station's got some tension, and there's gonna be no shortage of that.

The Blood Capitalism philosophy that financial threat is equal to violent threat is gonna sound real good now that there's food shortages coming up. And the slashed budget on frontier disinformation campaigns means a resurgence in community group gatherings. Everyone knows what "book club" means.

But that's advantage. Who's actually going to make a shakeup next? You don't really know. The next big move on the frontier's going to be kind of a mystery, you suppose. You'd have to be some kind of detective to figure that out.
