With medical facilities in the core worlds, a custom-made identity, and hundreds of thousands in cold, hard cash to spare, maybe you still could get an organic arm printed to fit you, but there's no way for you to get two of those three.

Here in the frontier sector, things have permanent consequences. The dead will stay dead, the scars will stay scars, and you have to just keep living with whatever happened. But, you can live with this, you think.
