Neutron : don't forget to instruct the ship's turrets

Good idea. It'd really mess up your next round of objectives if rancorous StationEngineers spilled out of an airlock and invaded your infiltration shuttle.

The automated ship turrets will now fire on any sufficiently complex robotics or living beings that don't have one of your special ID cards. SyndieCyborg should be able to teleport aboard, and WhiteDwarf's Spider can nest in her hair to count. You're focused, after all, not murderously inconsiderate.
