Neutron: Sometimes greentext comes from an outside source. But sometimes, you make your own greentext
WhiteDwarf: What?
WhiteDwarf: Wait--get me on the table. We need to bond the arm.
WhiteDwarf: Okay. Now: What?
Neutron: Identity precedes ideology.
WhiteDwarf: What does that mean?
Neutron: It means ideology only comes out of who you are.
WhiteDwarf: ...
Neutron: You use who you are to find ideology. You use ideology to find objectives.
Neutron: That's why it's easy to confabulate an objective.
Neutron: Because what you've already done is simple identity.
Neutron: You can get objectives out of that easy.
WhiteDwarf: But, the abstract sense of self... It is more difficult to extract worthy causes from? Less tangible?
Neutron: Not less tangible, but it takes more steps. Sometimes.
Neutron: Sometimes it doesn't take any steps.

Neutron: RedGiant isn't kind and peaceful because that's "the right answer" for things. He's kind and peaceful because he feels pain whenever he sees people being hurt.
Neutron: Identity is a pattern of appearances, actions, feelings, and thoughts.
Neutron: Worthy causes come out of identity.
Neutron: They don't really need Verdant Texts. Their feelings are sharp. Text's pretty much green from the start.
