Gauging the door, you ponder a shaped charge. In the vast, vast majority of stations, even a vault door or wall would break open, but you're not sure that's the case with this one, it's extra reinforced. If you'd kept your Large Bomb Beacon, you definitely could have used that, but you think a shaped charge will produce only a large shockwave or significant wall damage to this specific station's heavily reinforced vault.

The C4 can be still useful, though. Both of those should make effects relevant to ChiefEngineer.
